Center of Excellence

The COVID Knowledge Center for Events was set up as a follow-up to Fieldlab Events. The purpose of the center is to explain the measures that are (or can be) used to minimize the risk of contamination by COVID-19 at an event.

Various studies have been carried out by Fieldlab Events, with the aim of finding replacement measures, so that events can continue to be organized even in times of increased risk of contamination. This research, which is unique in the world, has led to a large number of insights into the possibilities of continuing to organize events in a responsible manner.

The page will be updated with each adjustment of the measures. Nevertheless, the information on the website of the national government will always remain leading. The Knowledge Centerserves to explain the measures in more detail and as a resource for parties that organize events, or parties that have to provide advice or issue permits.

Fieldlab Events is a collaboration between the event industry, via the Alliance for Event Builders and Event Platform, and the government via the ministries of EZK, VWS, J&V and OCW.
